If you’ve just moved into a home with a Parker’s Propane tank or currently have another company’s tank here are some helpful tips for starting service:
FILLING ANOTHER COMPANY’S TANK
It is not legal for Parker’s to fill another company’s tank. Neither can another company fill ours.
There may be a sticker under the lid of the tank which has our company identification. If not, the color of our tanks is grey. If you don’t know which company owns the tank, call us, we may be able to tell you whose tank it is by the color.

CHECKING YOUR GAUGE
The gauge lets us and you know how much gas is in the tank. When you contact us we will be asking for the gauge reading. Simply lift the tank lid, its right there. The numbers on the gauge are by percentage. When you contact us we will be explaining more about the gauge and gauge readings.
IF THE TANK IS A PARKER’S TANK
Simply call to obtain any paperwork needed to transfer the account into your name.
IF THE TANK IS NOT A PARKER’S TANK
If you wish to become a Parker’s customer the process is easy. Just call our office and provide a little information about your current propane situation and we can get you scheduled to switch or set the tank. No need to make time to come to the office – we’ll bring the paperwork to the tank appointment. All you need to do is be home at the time of installation and we’ll take care of the rest.
